There were nineteen of us in total from Fishbourne and we were against seventeen other schools. The race distance for the years five and six girls and boys was 1500 metres, around the playing and the rugby field. There was a starting gun which was fired by Mr Brown. It was a great afternoon and most of us had never done anything like this before. Eden was the only person from Fishbourne who qualified for the next round, coming sixth out of 222 year 5 and six boys.
