Collaboration at its best!
Today in school we brought our Year 2 and 6 classes together for the morning to be taught in the hall and what a lovely time it was for everyone involved.
The children worked in collaboration to explore the wonderful characters created by Roald Dahl before creating their very own awful aunt to join the cast of James and the Giant Peach. Our little fish worked together so beautifully, sharing their ideas and learning alongside each other really well. We were especially pleased to see how confidently our Year 2 children shared their ideas with the older children and the way in which the Year 6 children supported and encouraged the younger children.
Despite the challenges of staffing in the pandemic, our amazing little fish rose to the occasion and had a wonderful morning together! A huge well done to each of them.
