Today we have been enjoying our annual Forest School Day with Chichester Forest School. This event is very kindly supported by Gareth’s Legacy (you can read more about this on our school website).
Congratulations to the Year 3 and 4 cricket team who won the Chichester and Bognor Area Cricket Tournament. They all played amazingly well and showed fantastic teamwork.
Hippo class mummified some oranges when we were learning about Ancient Egypt back in March. Today we unwrapped the bandages to discover what had happened. It was a success!
We were so proud to see a team of little fish representing our school at the Cormorants Swimming Gala on Saturday evening. They swam their hearts out and supported each other with such kindness and care.
To mark the Coronation of King Charles III we celebrated this afternoon by having a royal red, white and blue themed street party in the glorious sunshine.
Huge thanks to Chichester College who hooked us into our learning about the heart! We carried out dissection on a lamb's heart, learning about the anatomy and function of each part.
This morning we have enjoyed a wonderful Easter service led by Jess with contributions from our Worship Team and school choir. It was such a special occasion and the children were so engaged and inspired by the service.
